My passion is to help people achieve their health and fitness goals!I am an ACE certified professional ready to take on any challenge. I enjoy changing standard workouts to a more interesting experience for my client. I do this by innovative approaches to industry standard workouts and equipment. I like making it fun and creative. My own personal experience in weight loss and marathon training have provided me with the unique perspective. I can empathize with others, as I too have been there! The science and methods of exercise are always evolving, it is an exciting time for fitness. I am currently working on a B.S in Sports and Health Sciences with a concentration in Exercise Science.
