Living the ACE mission. Michelle lives the ACE mission by going on daily walks, going to the gym, and using her desk treadmill to keep moving. She enjoys combining her personal interests with opportunities to exercise like gardening and doing a variety of activities around San Diego with her family.  

Working at ACE. Michelle oversees all sides of accounting and financial operations, including maximizing operational efficiency and maintaining integrity of processes and controls.  She provides insights and perspective to facilitate informed business decisions and supports her team in developing solutions and processes that enable the organization to be agile and expand its impact.   

Education and Experience. Michelle has almost twenty years of experience in accounting and financial management, and 15 years' experience in leadership roles. She holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration from Point Loma Nazarene University and is a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.).
