I'm an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer with specialization on Core Training, Weight Management, and Lifestyle Support. I lead by example, and I am very motivated to help you achieve your fitness goals, too. I have experience in moderate weight training, and I also have a background in basketball and soccer. I can work with you individually at a location of your choice. I also offer small group sessions from 2 - 4 people. Please contact me for further information.
