I am an ACE certified Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with certifications in Insanity©, Barre Above, PiYo, Indoor Cycling Instruction, and Advanced Boot Camp Instruction. I hold a M.Ed in Recreation,Park, and Leisure Studies from the University of Minnesota- School of Kinesiology. I am also a RRCA Certified Level I Running Coach. My goal is to provide fun and effective fitness & wellness programs that improve your overall fitness level while providing you with the positive support, encouragement, and the proper workouts and nutrition to help you attain your goals! I absolutely believe that whatever goal you have, it is attainable. Investing in your health boosts confidence, especially when you reach up to the challenge, seize it and surpass your own expectations! I believe in my athletes and their abilities and seeing them succeed is such a rewarding and positive experience. I enjoy helping people discover the joy of fitness and health whether they are a beginner or experienced athlete. I have coached runners who successfully completed their first races or set new personal records while igniting their passion for distance running. . I have completed 57 half-marathons, 4 marathons, and two 70.3 half-Ironmans.
