Her training sessions are educational, interactive and catered to best suit your needs. She individualizes each package to reach goals and provides clients with as much as coaching as they desire. Elizabeth's philosophy:"Welcome to the Judgement Free Zone." We all come from various walks of life, and should embrace our inner strengths. She incorporates full-body, functional movements, which utilizes various pieces of equipment. Oxygen and breath is vital for survival; therefore, she gets clients to connect the mind to the breath as they move - no matter how intense or light the exercise maybe. Plus, she wants to build stability and mobility in your body so you not only have the fundamentals, but can progress throughout your sessions.
