I have 25 years of senior level business experience in public relations and crisis management. In 2012 I published my first book called Emergency Public Relations, Crisis Management in a 3.0 World. In 2006, a few extraordinary Group Fitness Instructors attracted me to exercise science. I learned the art of adherence as a dedicated group exerciser. When these GFI's left the gym chain and started their own fitness centers, I joined their teams to help them build their businesses. We devised activity programs to ensure bio-mechanical, physiological and psychological balance while incorporating cardio, strength training, flexibility and nutrition. The key to success was making sure that our members are having fun while establishing a loyal fitness driven community. Now, with my certification, I'd like to be a part of the movement that makes America more health conscious. I will continue my ACE studies with a focus on special populations.
