ACE PARTNERS WITH TOTAL GYM FOR CEC COURSE

With Total Gyms in more than 14,000 physical therapy clinics, athletic training facilities, hospitals, universities and health clubs worldwide, and another 4 million in homes, its accessibility has increased dramatically over the past 10 years.

ACE recognized a growing need for personal trainers, group fitness instructors and health coaches to know how to safely and effectively use the Total Gym with a variety of clients. The result was a partnership with San Diego–based Total Gym and the development of our newest offering, the ACE Total Gym Introductory Course.

Led by Total Gym GRAVITY^® Master Trainer Rob Glick, the course provides a basic understanding of how Total Gym challenges proprioception and core stabilizers by incorporating three-dimensional movement and full range of motion.

Upon completion, participants will have the ability to execute movement progressions and regressions, from isolation to integration, in all of the Total Gym incline trainer body positions. The course, which also covers how to utilize the ACE Integrated Fitness Training^® Model to develop Total Gym workouts that challenge clients with varied fitness levels and goals, is worth 0.2 CECs.
