Great information for the length of the course! Would have liked more time to be spent on programming, ideally with a couple of examples/case studies

- The constructs of the biopsychosocial model
Reviews
As someone passionate about fitness while having chronic pain, the strategies here are superb. While there's psychological aspects to chronic pain, being dismissive can actually be more detrimental than forcing a client to feel or believe the pain isn't real. Of course, always consider recommending a doctor when necessary.
This was really helpful and interesting. I could personally relate to so much of the information, and it's super relevant to my specific client-base.
