Help Female Clients Reach Their Potential Through Personalized Programming

The many life cycles of a woman are powerful and unique—and her training techniques should reflect the special demands and needs for each stage. In this video training, international educator and presenter Farel Hruska explains how training women is very different than training men. You will learn to guide women through changes in their stages of life and help them navigate the challenges of fluctuating hormones with a personalized approach to training. By harnessing the power of their emotions, you will help women focus on ways they can improve their health and performance in sport—and in life.

You will learn:

  • The powerful cycles in the life of a woman
  • Ways to maximize hormonal fluctuations
  • To channel the emotions of your female clients so they can perform at their best

Important information but repeated a lot. Could have said the same things in half the time

Thanks

Really good insight on how hormonal changes affect women throughout their lives and how to help clients going through these changes.

Great info for all the male coaches!

The information presented about levels for pelvic floor health is outdated and misleading as 70% of women hold too much tension in the PF and only a PF physical therapist can determine if levels are appropriate for the individual.
