- How to develop appropriate progressions and regressions of poses
- How to design intelligently structured and sequenced classes
Reviews
Great class. Easily applied to clients
Excellent presentation, although could have been longer to get more in-depth into progression and regression, especially in the area of using chairs as a regression. But the instructor is amazing and delivers a first-rate presentation. The quiz should have been more targeted towards the principals of the presentation, rather than the yoga positions. This would make it more useful for those who do not teach yoga, but want to incorporate the principals into other class formats.
