Very thorough presentation

When Brian shared the Nike quote "If you have a body, you're an athlete," I got even more motivated to bring a bigger athletic performance mindset to all of the workouts I provide for the community. I love that this idea gives everyone an opportunity to maximize their performance and love their results. I am very grateful for the exercises and drills he shared, and had the opportunity to practice teaching soccer variations of them with my brother who is in elementary school, but already in love with athletics and the sport. I will be studying and working on the drills myself, as well, so I can use them and adjust them to flow into my own programming and I am excited to work on my ease of movement since I have been overly obsessed with the little details lately which has gotten me tighter than I normally am. I will definitely recommend this class and share the love whenever I have the opportunity, naturally.
