A pregnant woman’s body will change more in nine months than a man’s will in his entire lifetime. In this video training, Farel Hruska, pre and postnatal fitness expert and mother of three, will explain how training this very special population can have profound effects on the mother’s health and her baby's experience in utero, with potential lifelong affects for both.

  • The various considerations per trimester to train her effectively
  • How progress and regress exercises based on musculoskeletal shifts
  • How to create programming based on her prenatal, and soon-to-be-mom, needs

Reviews

The video and training is engaging and informative

The course simply points you to the ACOG guidelines for the quiz. I did not learn anything outside of those guidelines, and could use some more bulk in this course such as more important muscle groups to be aware of and perhaps breathing techniques for women who want to keep weight training.

It has me aware of the resources and how I can begin a dialogue with clients--I can learn more about this to become more of an expert.
