Outstanding presentation by Sam Berry on important topics that largely are overlooked by fitness professionals. His presentation style is disarmingly personable, and he speaks clearly in an accessible manner making the content easy to comprehend. The flow was seamless and the demonstrations were very helpful and detailed. I do wish there was a PDF of the content to download so I could reference the techniques as desired during training. But overall, a great experience and I highly recommend this course and look forward to additional presentations by Sam.
