Reviews
This course is very helpful as it provides effective tools to respond to the "Just do it" "More is better" "Be the best and better than the rest" mentality that is so dominant in the fitness industry. In particular, I appreciate learning about inclusive language, breathwork and foam rolling, and checking in with clients. The use of personal experience, storytelling and hands-on practice are more effective pedagogies for me than "banking" large quantities of data and information that are often quickly forgotten. What a great course!
