Understand the Fundamentals of Group Fitness

Learn how to design and deliver intelligently-sequenced, inclusive yoga classes that serve a wide variety of class participants so you can leave a lasting impact.

Integrating HIIT into Indoor Cycling (0.1 CECs)
Build a solid foundation of research-based high-intensity interval training (HIIT) protocols and strategies to successfully implement into your indoor cycling classes and keep participants engaged.
