Running remains one of the most accessible and popular forms of exercise, with over 50 million Americans participating annually (Running USA, 2023). However, running injury prevention is a significant challenge, with 50-75% of runners experiencing injuries each year (Lopes et al., 2012). Social dynamics in running clubs can also contribute to overtraining, burnout, and setbacks.

This live webinar introduces a holistic approach to running training by combining endurance-based programs with recovery strategies and strength training for runners. Learn to design effective coaching frameworks that balance running performance improvement with recovery and injury prevention.

Join Justin Robinson, MA, a Registered Dietitian, Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, as he shares practical tools to help runners improve mobility, build strength, and safely increase endurance. Drawing on nearly 20 years of experience with beginner and advanced running techniques, Justin will provide actionable strategies to help clients stay active and achieve their goals.

Whether you're coaching new runners or managing running club training, this session equips you to deliver sustainable running programs and foster long-term progress for your clients.

Upon completion, you will be able to:

  • Master targeted warm-up routines, mobility drills, and strength strategies to elevate running performance while minimizing the risk of injuries.
