In a world dominated by diet culture, many clients struggle with unrealistic body ideals, restrictive dieting, and a fraught relationship with exercise and food. These harmful influences often lead to burnout, disordered eating, and a lack of long-term progress, hindering clients' overall health and well-being.

This live webinar offers a groundbreaking approach to overcoming these challenges by shifting the focus from weight-centric goals to a sustainable, health-first mindset. Join Dr. Erin Nitschke—exercise science professor, ACE Health Coach, ACE-CPT, and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach—as she shares actionable strategies for rejecting diet culture and redefining health.

Together, we’ll explore ways to empower clients (and ourselves) to move past harmful societal messages, embrace balanced language around food and exercise, and foster a positive, inclusive approach to fitness. Learn how to re-frame the narrative, build stronger client relationships, and create a more enjoyable and accessible path to lifelong health. This webinar is your opportunity to lead the charge against diet culture and make movement a source of empowerment for everyone.

Upon completion, you will be able to:

  • Examine popular diet culture messages and understand their pervasive impact on both clients and health and fitness professionals.
  • Discover how diet culture affects physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
  • Learn practical ways to reframe language surrounding food and nutrition to foster positive client outcomes.
  • Teach clients to recognize diet culture and develop tools to reject harmful messages, promoting sustainable wellness practices.
