With the BOSU dome down, stand with the right foot in the middle of the flat side. Straighten the left leg out in front of the body, keeping it long and lifted. With the standing leg, bend the knee and slowly lower the body down into a squat, balancing the body weight on the heel and keeping the back straight while leaning forward. Squeeze the glute of the right leg to stand up.
