I am personally and professionally dedicated to assisting women between the ages of 38-70. I have extensive experience working with women not only as a trainer but worked with women as a physical therapist assistant for 15 years and a yoga instructor for 16 years. I truly understand how to progress women's personal wellness and this translates into having to reclaiming health sometimes, and finding the right combination in staying healthy and active as the aging process takes place.
