About
My career took off on my feet as a dancer/singer with the "Dean Martin Show" on NBC. I was one of "The Golddiggers" and used 'dance-exercise' to stay in shape on the road and earn a living on stage and screen. Currently I teach at California Family Fitness and assist the 50+ to be their best! My non-exercise career is Instructional Design. At 100% Educational Videos I produce curriculum coordinated videos for students k-6th grade. It keeps my mind as toned as my body. I invite you to re-experience your youth with Aquatic Running.
