Balancing spiritual, emotional, mental and physical health is vital. A big part of that is having a healthy relationship with food and body, which she can help you build. Taunya has an intense passion for learning and growth, and loves empowering others. Her inspiration to do this work is from her own journey back to health from past traumas, which triggered disordered eating, exercise addiction & ulcerative colitis.
