I am a licensed acupuncturist and personal trainer in Lafayette, CO. I fell in love with fitness in college while taking a weightlifting class, and have been lifting heavy things ever since. I also like to dance and particularly enjoy hip hop, country line dancing, pole, and aerial silks. I specialize in bodyweight and free weight exercises but will work with you to implement a program based on your individual wants and needs so that you, too, can fall in love with fitness.
