I've been helping people reach their goals for more than a decade. I am a 2nd-degree black belt in karate, and for 12 years, I taught classes and promoted students through the ranks. In addition to karate, I'm also one of only a handful of students my tai chi chuan instructor has designated an assistant instructor of his style. Additionally, I've been inducted multiple times into the USA Martial Arts Hall of Fame. Outside of martial arts, I picked up DDP Yoga in 2013 and have taught a class for my local park district. In 2016, I picked up CrossFit and enjoy it very much.
