As the owner of Advanced Body Metrics, I have dedicated my lifestyle as a positive role model for fitness and nutrition enthusiasts. I hold a MS and PhD in Biology and Chemistry from Washington State University and BS degrees in Biology and Recreation Management. My passions are in education and fitness, both of which I get to utilize as a personal trainer. To follow my passion of inspiring fitness and well-being, I became an ACE Personal Trainer, working with new and seasoned athletes of all ages and abilities. Additionally, I am based in Breckenridge, Colorado where I get to work with athletes in some of the most challenging environments (10,000 feet) preparing for some of the most difficult events that can be found.
