The human body is the most advanced machine in the known universe and yet it comes with no manual and no warranty of any kind, express or implied. To compound the problem, gym equipment and athletic routines are designed for short-term goals, not lifelong health. Thankfully, the the tools for basic body maintenance are simple, whether your kit includes state-of-the-art equipment or nothing but gravity for resistance. Goals: Healthy nutrition, weight loss, muscle-building, functional strength, flexibility, agility, balance, and healthy posture Modalities: Suspension Training (TRX) / bodyweight exercise, free weights, machines, cycling, and running Specialties: Corporate fitness programs, one- and two-person training, men, women, youth, and seniors About Me: At the University of Arizona, I discovered my passion for fitness and became a personal trainer at its rec center in 2008, I went on to teach kinesiology and fitness assessment and exercise prescription to aspiring personal trainers at Brown Mackie College in 2011.
