Kerry thanks you for taking the time to learn more about her. Being a fitness enthusiast has always been close to her heart. Currently, Kerry is a Certified Personal Trainer with ACE. She also works as a Bremerton Family YMCA Group Instructor. For over 7 years, Kerry's involvement with the YMCA centers around Senior Group Instruction, because it is her special interest. Howevever, Kerry is looking to instruct individuals from various fitness levels. Kerry teaches two Strength Training classes at the YMCA, Core & More (bsll) and Senior Strength (chair). Kerry also manages her own business called, "Healthy Changes." With this venture, she trains clients in the convenience of their own homes. In closing, it would be her pleasure to assist you in reaching your fitness goals.
