Hello and welcome ! I have been a ACE Certified Personal Trainer for nine years and also hold an ACE Sports Nutrition Certificate. At this point, my career has seen me work for two years with beauty pagaent contestants (Miss/Mrs. RI) and the most important to me, six years with the Mental Health population. My years working in the Mental Health field awarded me one-on-one experience in the area of behvaioral control over ones life.
