Beth Jordan has more than ten years of experience in the health and fitness industry. As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer who has completed the ACE Orthopedic Exercise Specialist and ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist programs, she has served a variety of clients from youth to older adults, managed a 17,000-square foot fitness facility and shared her expert analysis in publications such as SHAPE, Men’s Journal and SELF. Beth is also a certified yoga teacher, group exercise instructor, and educated in mindfulness-based stress reduction from UMass Medical School. Beth helps build communities of people committed to cultivating a life of possibility in themselves and others, and is passionate about exploring and uncovering what is possible within each of her clients.
