As legal counsel for ACE, Steven Mashal is responsible for managing commercial contracts, trademarks, content licensing and all other legal issues concerning the company. Since earning his law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1984, he has worked as a sole practitioner, Assistant Vice President and Attorney for Security Pacific Bank, Corporate Counsel for Ashton-Tate Corporation and Senior Corporate Counsel for British Telecommunications. A board member for the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Steven has advised a number of personal trainers and club owners on various legal issues throughout his career. Aside from his J.D., he holds a bachelor’s degree from University of California, Berkley.
