A trainer with over 20 years of experience my mission is to aid my clients in meeting their goals as well as making physical activity a more fun and constant part of their regular routine. I am an avid runner with a background in boxing and softball. I have personal experience with knee rehab having had knee surgery myself. TRX Group Suspension Training & Functional Training certified and Rocktape Functional Movement Taping Level 1 & 2 certified. Also a certified Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach. Fluent in Spanish and English.
