About
I have been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and fitness industry leader for over 25 years. I am also an ACE Certified Health & Lifestyle Coach, an AAFP Post-Rehab Technician, an associate member of ACSM, the American College of Sports Medicine and a member of IDEA. In addition to graduating Seton Hall University with a BS, I hold an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University. My mission is to develop and administer safe, effective fitness training programs for individuals, partners and small groups preferring to exercise in the privacy, comfort and convenience of their homes, offices, clubhouses or on-line. I understand the life cycle of the human dynamic, with its ups and downs, potentialities and constraints. In addition to individual and group fitness training, I offer nutritional guidance in the form of supermarket safaris, food logs, dining out and mindful eating skills. If a client does not live in Palm Beach county Florida, I can train and coach them remotely using Zoom or other on-line training technology. I have published my first book, "Leave the Cannoli, Take the Weights: Practical Guidance on Eating, Exercise and Empowerment." As a well-known industry leader having over 250 health and fitness articles published in The Two River Times, The Hub, The Good Life and the Asbury Park Press, among others, I am available for fitness seminars and speaking engagements.
