I am a group fitness instructor including additional certifications in indoor cycling, yoga and boot camp and muscle focused classes. I recently became an ACE certified Health Coach and am passionate about encouraging people to live healthier, happier and more whole lives. I am also a facilitator for Embody Love Movement - a revolution that is creating a world where everyone loves and accepts themselves and others for who they are on the inside, instead of what they look like on the outside. Workshops are currently available for girls and women beginning at age 7.
