I love my job!! I've been personal training since 1995 and have helped many people meet & exceed their personal lifestyle goals. As the former owner of The Body Shop Fitness Center, I have experience training people of all ages with most of my clients between the ages of 50-85. I am ACE certified in Personal Training and also have a degree in Nutrition.
