About
I am a highly motivated, dedicated and organized professional. With my Bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology and Masters in Cardiac Rehabilitation/Exercise Science I have had outstanding productivity as a director, exercise physiologist, writer, and medical assistant. I have worked with and helped hundreds of individuals, including youth, high school, college and professional athletes, fibromyalgia and Parkinson’s patients and various special populations enhance their athletic and/or physical ability. In addition to my clinical background I have also published 25 research studies relating to exercise and nutrition as well as 15 published magazine articles in American Health and Fitness. As an ex-collegiate athlete and assistant coach, I take pride in living a healthy lifestyle, and above all, practicing what I preach by continuing to participate in various foot and bike races as well as triathlons.
