About

As co-owner and fitness director of Sunset Family Fitness, my goal is to bring fitness to all on the North Oregon Coast! I currently conduct over 40 classes per week with the assistance of 5 staff instructors who bring their own specialties and personalities to Sunset Family Fitness. As a personal trainer, along with my staff trainers, I welcome individuals with a wide variety of health and fitness challenges whether they are new to fitness, under-going post-rehab, or seasoned athletes.
