I have been certified by ACE since '01 as well as licensed as a physical therapist assistant since '96. I have done tennis, gymnastics, BMX bike racing, rock climbing, competitive bodybuilding, mountaineering and marathons.(17 so far...) I am very happy to train anyone who seriously wants to make a difference in their life. But I truly enjoy working with and training the senior population. That has been my physical therapy focus all these years and I have cherished every minute. I don't know what age 'old' is and neither should you.
