I have been a professional in the fitness field since 1980. I love every minute of my work! I became interested in fitness as a career because of my love for the outdoors: hiking, biking, kayaking, and backpacking. I wanted to STAY fit and healthy in order to enjoy these activities for the REST OF MY LIFE!
