ACE Certified and insured Personal Trainer and Functional Training Specialist who holds 3 Pilates Certifications and RYT 200 Yoga Teacher Certification. A lifetime athlete, I have been teaching for 22 years. My clients range from beginners to athletes; teens to seniors to post-PT and special populations. Athletes; I can take you to the next level with customized sports-specific training. Clients will find my tailored workouts challenging and customized to meet their goals; Pilates, Yoga or Functional Training--or a combination. I 'wrap' the exercise methods to your fitness level. Locally, I can train you at VIP Pilates and Club Pilates Studios, your home/home gym, or outside if weather permits. If you're not in the South East Florida area, we can train virtually via Zoom.
