I've been an ACE personal trainer since 2001.....I love training new clients...introducing them to fitness and helping them to find the exercise that works for them. I live in the mountains above Palm Springs...Idyllwild, ca.....we are a community of 3500 but can grow to 8000 on the weekend..... we offer hiking, rock climbing and mountain biking to name just a few activities. My clientele is mostly over 45 but I've trained those as young as 9 and as old as 90. I also teach beginning yoga at the Idyllwild Yoga Studio...idyllwildyoga.com. I love what I do!
