About
Matt Whitehead is the owner and founder of Oregon Exercise Therapy LLC where he helps people find the true cause of their pain, realize their body has the ability to heal itself and helps them get back to living a pain free active life. Matt specializes in working with business owners, working professionals, and athletes who need to give 100% to their work and play without having to worry about the physical, mental, and emotional pain and strain that come from deteriorating posture and declining physical performance. He has been helping people of all ages and backgrounds – including Olympic, Professional, and Amateur athletes, doctors, lawyers, teachers, construction workers, musicians, seniors, and children – become pain free since 2001. Before founding Oregon Exercise Therapy LLC, Matt was an Exercise Therapist, Clinic Director, and Therapy Director of Egoscue Portland from 2004 until 2013. Along with being the head exercise therapist at Egoscue Portland, he taught certifications courses for Egoscue University including P3 Posture, Pain and Performance workshop and Postural Alignment Specialist seminars and taught Patch Fitness classes and camps. Matt is certified by Egoscue University as an Advanced Exercise Therapist and Postural Alignment Specialist and certified by American Council on Exercise as a Personal Trainer.
