About
I am a Canadian and live and work in Dhahran Saudi Arabia. I have been here for 28 and it has been a very enlightening experience. I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years now. The fitness industry is still developing and full of potential. I have experience in managing a fitness center and working with groups teaching aerobics, step, spinning, gliding and power pump. I also use my ACE certification for in house personal training. I hope to continue promoting fitness for women in Saudi Arabia.
