I have recently decided to pursue health and fitness through a desire to lead a life driven by my passion to help others. I graduated from a four year University in the winter of 2012 with a degree in business administration. Shortly after attaining a career in the field I ran across an eye-opening quote "you don't need to be successful to be happy, you need to be happy to be successful." So here I am now, truely excited, to be pursuing something I am passionate about. I hope to pass on the fun and energy of a healthy fit lifestyle onto as many people as I can. My goal through this journey is to inspire not only clients, but also communities to look at themselves through the lens of health and longevity.
