After I graduated with a Bachelor's in Health Behavior Science, I joined the Corporate Wellness field in 2015. I currently teach group exercise and personal training clients at corporate sites to help encourage employees to adopt a health work lifestyle. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Training in 2018, which I truly am grateful for and enjoy infusing my yoga and meditation into my job as a Fitness Professional to help employees dissolve the stresses of work and sedentary behaviors. My passion to help others live a healthier lifestyle and achieve their goals drives me to continue to further my education and to always learn and grow in the health and wellness field.
