My name is Janet Friend and I am a Group Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer at Schoolhouse Gym & Studio in Addison, PA located in south western Pennsylvania. I currently lead classes in Low/ High Impact Aerobics, Body Conditioning, Core & Functional Training. I lead small and large group instruction and also off personal training services! Fitness has been my passion my whole life and I pride myself in seeing others find the life-changing love of fitness in their lives as well!
