About

I am A Coach and Trainer who's studied health psychology, behavior change, strength and corrective exercise training. I have been an athlete all my life, being a leader of a team is natural to me, I obsess with creating the perfect plan when I'm devoted to planning, but when I'm with my clients one on one, it's all on them. I think being present every day to the best of my ability makes me stand out as a coach and trainer. My qualifications are what they need to be, but they're not what makes me. I got the Bachelor's degree everyone says you need. BA, Health Psychology. I fell into the study as a kinesiology major trying to get into PT school, but I ended up being fond of it. I instill my curiosity and passion for injury recovery and prevention in my training. I can help the recreational enthusiasts who have gotten out of shape after months of inactivity and injury, get fit for adventure. I'm a firm believer that our bodies heal, and we can help them. With movement, mindfulness and efficiency, we can help ourselves. It's my job to teach you the skills and help you transition to behaviors that are going to help you be a better, well, you. It takes time, which is why I require a minimum commitment of months to work with me. I personalize all of my programs to fit my clients, but I also used tried and true methods of the fitness profession and strive to follow the methods of Progressive Overload, Thermogenesis all while providing nutritional education so you can be fit for life.
