I am incredibly passionate about health and fitness. I am currently earning my Masters degree in Nutrition: Dietetics and hope to one day have a career which enables me to create both dietary and exercise programs for my clients. I have been an athlete my entire life, playing sports such as soccer, swim, beach volleyball, and golf; additionally, I am a certified Zumba instructor. I love to create fun, exciting, and challenging workouts for my clients which ultimately build upon increasing strength, energy, confidence, and happiness.
