My name is Lauren Odoms and I've been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer for the past 3 years. Since becoming certified I've stayed active training clients 1 on 1, and in both small and large groups. I love working with all fitness levels, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. I have a special place in my heart for beginners. It's never too late to get started!
