"Exercise for everybody"! I enjoy getting people moving through exercise and recreational activities. In 2015 I completed my M.S Exercise Physiology and am interested in instructing more group exercise programs. I have taught "Fitness at 5" and "Core Class" at the Bayfield Area Recreation Center - focusing on introductory level resistance training in a circuit format. I am interested in working with older adults. I am silver sneakers certified. I instruct downhill skiing and snowboarding in the winter and LOVE it. I look forward to learning more about instructing spin in the future.
