A while ago I wanted to get more fit - lost a few pounds, got excited about the success, and found myself really curious about how our bodies go about getting stronger, leaner, healthier, etc. Lo and behold, the best way I could find to get my hands on good information was to study to become a personal trainer. So here I am! The interesting thing about learning something you find valuable is that you end up wanting to share it with others. I feel just as much satisfaction seeing others meet their goals as I do when I hit mine. I love being able to yell "whaddya know, it works!"
