About
My name is Lee Welton, and I am the owner of Data Driven Fit and Trailside Fitness. Growing up in Michigan on a farm, I learned the value of hard work and found a love of the outdoors. That love of the outdoors led me out west where I spent time firefighting, river guiding, hiking, backpacking and mountain climbing. Residing in north Seattle now, I can usually be found hiking or backpacking with my lovely wife Sarah and my trusty fly rod. In 2018, I hiked the Pacific Crest Trail (2650 miles from Mexico to Canada) with Sarah at my side. I have always had an interest in health, fitness and giving back to my community. As a personal trainer, I use my knowledge to help others be fit so they can pursue their passions. I am also a Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington, helping those under my care to recover from surgeries or common aches and pains.
